The new $1250
a month Bay office. With a bit of work, it will feel
great.
I was bursting at the seams and for savings of warehousing to
parking costs, I am spending another $350.
My biggest motivator is that I am not keeping up with managing
all of production and our tech Frank is coming in part time and plan
out the jobs as well as establish a new inventory control
system. He also has a week or two worth of planning
motorized blinds for the Bambu highrises. I have to know what our
margins accurately are when we quote motorized blinds for about condo
customers from different windows, to different options of
motorization, etc.
I figure I will just move along and do what is necessary while
assuming life will work out.
Have to remove
all the labeling and crap on the windows
Front Lobby, lucked out by asking to use the reception desk they were
going
to take out and they just included it with the rent.

office area before walking into the bay.
The bay and
inventory area which you can see has the loading door. The
Landload is extending $500 to clean it up and having the concrete floor
and walls painted this weekend. It should be as
good as new. You'll also be pleased to know I am
transferring the insurance policies, upping inventory coverage as we
now carry more and the place is already alarmed which Erv is
firing up on Monday. jv
