I have a great poster guy, he volunteers the work and won an award with our poster in the first year.  These are from the past two years, we usually start distribution around Sept 1st.

From the marketing side of life, if you had someone with a little star power willing to speak on behalf of your organization, it would help create the sizzle.  The other thought is that should you not find such an individual, it may be better not to put emphasis on the speaker in the advertising and focus instead more solely on the mission.

We typically do the TV commercial shoot in mid-July.  The Empress comps me the ballroom for a morning and we make it happen.  If some of your staff wished to be involved that would be welcome.  We have a costume rental supplier, etc.
