This park below is down the street from the apartment that I viewed and has many great water gardens, etc.
 

This place below is very nice.  You are on the main level of the street in a two storey building facing
the street.

When you come in, the livingroom is to left .

As it is a corner suite, you have lots of sunlight on both sides.

The kitchen below is somewhat small however I was thinking if offers lots of light.
 

The bedroom looked very nice with a large king size bed.

As this suite is located a short walk from the Inner Harbour, you have all amenities at your doorstep.

The terms presented by the property manager are as follows.

Security Deposit $400.  There is a refund of $350 upon moving out.  They retain $50 for alternation expenses.

Monthly Rent $1400.00 beginning November 1st.  Considering you pretty well have everything included and a nice location,
I think this is a very reasonable price.

As they are always sold out between January and April, anyone moving in at November 1st,
would have to notify them by December 1st, whether or not they wish to book it from January to April.
You would have to take it for all four months into the new year, not a portion of those months.  The nice thing about this
would be you could try it for the month of November and  then decide whether you want to take it for
the January to April period.  John
