What is cool about this project is that we have installed motorized blinds pre-wiring in 5 showsuites.  In addition to wiring and meeting all purchasers one on one, we are hoping the blinds will be a popular mortgage option here.  This builder does not mind his customers visiting the Bambu for their product selections.
