Your Voice
Your voice contributes to your presence. Tone, pace, diction, inflection, volume and energy make a statement about you.Remember a modulated voice is more interesting to listen to, and with it you can underscore the words. A flat voice is boring and dull.
Be aware of your pace - rushing will say you are nervous. Dragging things out to far will communicate a lack of confidence, preparation and experience. Be positive and upbeat. Avoid any tone of impatience or disinterest.
Remember your conviction and an enthusiastic attitude towards what it is you do for a living permeates through your physical presentation. We are glad to have you on our team in the electronic home protection industry!
