The Don'ts

                  Don't arrive late.  If you have been delayed more than ten minutes,
                    phone ahead to let your appointment know.

                    Don't park in the driveway.  You don't want to have to interrupt your
                    presentation later on in case you have to move your vehicle.

                    Don't shake the hand on only one spouse.  It may look as you
                    have less regard for the other.

                    Don't touch anything belonging to someone else unless you ask first.

                    Don't be a know it all.  Remember that in your role as a security evaluator,
                    they care more about how much you care about them rather than how
                    much you know about your security system.

                   The Do's

                    Do say "pardon me", "may I" and "excuse me".

                    Do use their names.

                    Do carry tissue with you.

                    Do take an active interest in what they say.
