3.  Every task can have seven inputs

W. O. # - work order number (optional)
Task - the task itself (required) (It is good practice to start this with a verb and make it a complete sentence)
Duration - the estimated time to complete the task from start to finish (required)
Predecessors - steps that must be completed before the task is begun (required)
Resources - the resources required to complete the task (required)
Material Cost - material cost to complete the task (optional)
Do? - This is a Yes/No test.  (required)  If it is decided to do the task, enter 2000 (You can use the Y2000 button).
       - VERY IMPORTANT  If it is decided NOT to do the task, enter anything BUT 2000 in the Do? column and ensure that the "Duration" field = 0h (for 0 hours) AND "Material Cost" is $0.
